How to flash the radio

This software is not included in the WPILIB or FRC game tools. It can be downloaded from the link above

Using the tool

  1. Disable all network adapters that are not the Ethernet (not entirely necessary, but will for sure not cause issues)
  2. Plug your computer directly into the port that is closest to the barrel jack. This port should be labeled "18-24v POE"
  3. If you are using POE, you will need to connect into the POE cable so the radio can still get power
  4. You will be presented with the following screen after selecting the correct network adapter: Radio Configuration Tool
  5. Enter the team number
  6. Optionally, you can enter the name for the robot after. This will broadcast the network in the form of <team_number>_<robot_name>
  7. Wait for the power led to turn on and stay solid. IT will juke you out when you turn it on. Give it a good 10 seconds to stay solid before proceeding.
  8. Click configure
